Associate is responsible for the total operations of the Millwork Shop including profit and loss under the direction of the Store Manager. Must have the ability to effectively and fairy communicate on a daily basis with all associates ensuring that standards are kept and goals are attained. Associate is responsible for all customer service duties, including estimating, invoicing, sales support, delivery schedule, and general customer service. The Millwork shop produces custom finished products ranging from cabinets, mantles, doors, decorative corbels, shutters, countertops, etc.
Responsibilities/Duties
Reconcile PO’s
Monitor quote schedule
Daily and monthly number reporting
Competitor purchase follow-up
Manage all invoicing duties
Operating a forklift
Moulder set up, running of moulder, rip saw, and miter saw
Required Skills
This is a full-time position. Hours of work depends on hours of operation, 48+ hours per week.

Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. frequently throughout the day, as well as occasionally bending.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training.
Details
Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing environment where individual is exposed to extremes of seasonal heat and cold as well as the potentially dangerous conditions of millwork manufacturing. Work can be preformed outdoors where individual is exposed to the elements. Individual is exposed to the noise levels consistent with building (hammering) and the operation of large, commercial saws. Individual is exposed to the saw dust generated by commercial saws. Eye, ear, head, and hand protection is required depending on the operation being performed.

Requires sitting and/or standing for long periods of time; also stooping, bending and stretching for materials and supplies. Requires manual dexterity and strength sufficient to repeatedly lift lumber and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires working under stressful or emergency conditions requiring high concentration and energy level. May require working irregular and/or extended hours
