Description/Job Summary

Associate is responsible for the operations of the Sign Shop including profit and loss under the direction of the Manager. The Coordinator serves as a teacher and must have the ability to effectively and fairly communicate on a daily basis with all associates ensuring that standards are kept and goals are attained. Associate is responsible for the maintenance of the location and for preserving company assets. Associate is also responsible for assisting in customer service activities.  This includes, production, creating estimates from quotations, and accurately invoicing material and ensuring that customers receive invoices in a timely manner.  Coordinator will also function as an accounts receivable person and assist in timely customer collections.

Required Skills

  • Invoicing and POS System, Inventory System, Requisition System, Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet and Internet Software
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports 
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Required Experience

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
  • Previous administrative experience strongly preferred.
