The Installed Sales Framing Manager’s primary responsibility is to install framing. The Framing Manager is also responsible for training new installers, performing quality checks at jobsites, monitoring the safety at each jobsite, overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and trucks, as well as assisting with any estimates that will need performed in the field.
Work Environment: The position requires working in a highly precarious place and near moving mechanical parts. This position requires working outdoors and being exposed to wet, humid, extremely hot or extremely cold conditions. This position is exposed to vibrations, risk of electrical shock, airborne particles and toxic chemicals.
Physical Demands: This position will require the employee to stand for long periods of time, as well as walking, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing and lifting up 80 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Hours of work depends on hours of operations, 48+ hours per week.
Travel: Travel is expected for this position.

Understanding of blueprints and the construction industry

Previous builder/superintendent experience required. Production builder experience a plus
Preferred 10 Hour OSHA Certified
Extensive travel required
Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training
